Payment
We accept all different methods of payment including:
- Cash
- EFTPOS (including Mastercard & Visa)
- Bank Transfer
- Cheque
Consultation Fees
Standard home visit $120 per visit
Full podiatry consultation in the comfort of your own home. Includes assessment and treatment.
Private Health Insurance
We can process your health fund claim at the time of your appointment. Simply swipe your Private Health Card on the day and pay the gap (if there is any). This means no extra trips to the bank and no extra invoices to chase.
Referrals
We accept the following referrals:
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
For Gold card holders no referral is required. For White card holders a GP referral is required.
National Insurance Disability Scheme (NDIS):
Self-managed or plan managed referrals.
Support at Home (SAH):
From your nominated organisation.
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Referral / Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Referral
We do not bulk bill. Full payment of $120 is required on the day of consultation, and you will receive a rebate of $61.80 from Medicare 1 to 2 days after your appointment.
Cancellations
We understand certain situations arise and there will be times when you need to cancel your appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees and allow us to help others.
If an appointment has been booked and confirmed, failure to be at home when a podiatrist attends will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.
